The Research Center for Child and Adolescent Development and Education (RCCADE) is a member of the project "Cooperation Bases System" by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology of Japan.
This project aims to construct a systematic and organized system of international cooperation in the field of Early Childhood Care and Development, which will effectively function in responding to the demand from developing countries.
